This past April, the Visual Art Center Endowment Trust hosted their annual Palette to Palate. The Endowment Trust helps to ensure that the Visual Art Center's reach and content continue to meet the needs of our current and future generations. The Visual Art Center is such a wonderful asset to Punta Gorda, providing the finest art classes, instructors and exhibit opportunities for their members and community alike. Courses are designed for all ages and skill levels and they offer a variety of classes and workshops throughout the year in all media.
Palette to Palate is such a unique event that helps keep the classes and programs running at the VAC and it is an event we look forward to each year. Unlike other fundraising events, Palette to Palate is a much smaller event, but still has a huge impact on the future of the VAC. You can enjoy exploring the works of local artists while walking through the halls and galleries and of course swoon over a delicious gourmet meal. Each table is accompanied by a local artist with one of their original art works showcased as the centerpiece.
